THE PROCESS
INITIATION
We will use past project data to help you during the estimate and bidding process. We will review estimates and bids to ensure each milestone is assigned a cost. Labor and costs will be tracked by each individual project.
EXECUTION
We will track planned costs against milestones and track billable costs, labor, and costs. During the month, we will assign all costs to the appropriate project.
MONTH END
Each month, or week, or day, we will analyze the profitability of each project as well as compile billable hours and cots.
